My sweet Grandpa went home to be with the Lord on December 9, 2011.
My family and I will cherish the time we had with him forever.
One of the reasons I started this blog was for him. Because we lived on opposite sides of the state, I wanted him to be able to see pictures and the things that were going on in my life. Even when it took me so long to update, he just kept rereading the posts because they seemed new to him each time. That's the best.
My cousin, Jasmine, got married in November, and our family was so blessed to be able to celebrate with Grandpa.
We will always miss him.
But, we know that he is in heaven, reunited with the love of his life.
I can't wait to see them again someday.
What a nice man your grandpa was Heather Joy. And I never knew how much you resembled your beautiful grandmother, Marion.
