Schnosbornes do Disneyland

The last few months just might have been the busiest I have had in my life. I am just not one of those people who can work 80-100 hour weeks and still function normally. I like down time. Just good old fashioned sit on the couch and shop online time. Not to mention time with my husband, family and friends. If my work life/home life scale is going to tip more in any direction, I prefer it to be the home direction. That being said, this last quarter of school pushed me to my limit. I know that I will be a better teacher for it, but boy am I glad that quarter is over. I am student teaching now and only have a little over two months left! 

In spite of the craziness, I was able to work ahead and make time for what really matters in life:

Disneyland.

I don't think there could have been a better place to spend Thanksgiving this year.

It was such an amazing time with my family and Mickey!

I logged on to my blog today not sure if it even still existed. 

I guess it's still here. 

My cousin asked me for my URL and I got really excited that I may still have readers (Heeeyyy Jo)!

I feel like a lot has happened since.. ahhem..September. I think it might be time to revamp this sorry blog. I have so much to say and pictures to share. I know my slowness has been due in part to: 

one, I am a bit of a perfectionist--each post takes me forever and,

two, I like good grammer.

So from now on no more perfection and no more grammer!!!!

(Well, maybe a little grammer.)

I am just going to type my thoughts and post my pictures and if I don't use capitol letters or complete sentences I am going to be okay with it. I am teaching first grade and we aren't so focused on the nit picky grammer...I am just happy when they write words that are semi-readable!

Let's see how this goes.
