Sunday Night Cookie Dough

When I was growing up, I would get what my mom lovingly referred to as "out of sorts" on Sunday night. I am sure a lot of people feel the same way as the weekend comes to an end and the work/school week is about to start. I chose to deal with my feelings by baking!

Even though I made brownies last Sunday...tonight was my amazing Kitchen Aid mixer's debut!

They turned out pretty good....
